How We Operate
Communication flows through the Football Management Committee, which includes the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Club Secretary, Welfare Officer, and representatives from all football sections of the club.
To improve communication, we encourage age group representatives—especially in younger age groups where there are many teams. This helps manage transitions between formats and ensures every voice is heard.

Our officers handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Administration and player registrations
  • Fee collection and payments for pitches
  • League affiliations and meetings
  • Scheduling pitches and referees

Parents are encouraged to raise concerns through their team manager—or better still, volunteer to join a Parent Group and help shape the club’s future.

Finances
The Finance Sub-Committee manages the club’s finances to keep us strong and solvent. Our goal is to:

  • Offer the lowest possible fees
  • Deliver value for money
  • Reinvest for the benefit of members
  • The club is run on a not-for-profit basis, ensuring every penny supports football and community development.

Club Meetings
We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM), which every team should be represented at. Throughout the season, we aim to meet regularly with each football section:

  • Senior Men & Women
  • Boys & Girls Youth

Additional meetings are held for younger age groups as they progress through the club. These sessions are vital for sharing information and gathering feedback to improve Beaconsfield Town FC.
