As the curtain falls on the 2024/25 season, everyone at Beaconsfield Town FC can take real pride in the strides made over the past year. A solid 11th-place finish in the Southern Premier South marked clear progress on and off the pitch, with a squad that showed character, commitment, and plenty of promise for what lies ahead.
A season to be satisfied with, but definitely not complacent.
The Rams can look back on a campaign of development, growth, and belief. From hard-earned wins to breakthrough performances, this team gave everything — and the ambitions now set for next season are higher still. Those goals bring new and exciting challenges, and they’re challenges the club and staff are ready to meet head-on.
As ever, the end of the season brought a chance to reflect and recognise the outstanding contributions across the squad. At our end-of-season awards, we were proud to celebrate a few individuals who stood out:
Player’s Player of the Year – Josh Macron
A consistent performer throughout the campaign, Josh earned the respect and votes of his teammates with his work rate, attitude and reliability week in, week out.
Fans' Player of the Year – Matt Harriott
Our captain led by example all season and was a deserving winner of the supporters’ vote. Calm under pressure, committed in every game — a true leader on and off the pitch.
Goal of the Season – Avtandili Akhsiashvili
A moment of real quality from Avtandili earned him the goal of the season award. A special strike that won’t be forgotten in a hurry!
Managers' and Staff’s Player of the Year – Joe Lawal
Recognised by the coaching staff for his attitude, effort, and impact across the season, Joe was a key figure both in the dressing room and on the pitch.
Huge congratulations to all of our award winners — and a thank you to every player who pulled on the shirt and gave their all for the badge.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be releasing a series of interviews with our management team, offering their reflections on the season just gone, as well as their thoughts and plans for the future.
We’d also like to thank our supporters for being with us every step of the way. Your backing makes a difference, and we’re proud to have such a loyal following behind us.
