In 2024/25, Beaconsfield Town Youth FC continued to work together with the adult section to build an integrated community football club with a single, co-ordinated proposition for local residents.

Over the past 18 months, we have become South Bucks’ leading community football club. We now have over 650 registered players and a dedicated pathway for both Boys and Girls from U6s all the way through to adult football.

Last season, many of our teams once again competed in the top divisions of the Wycombe & South Bucks Youth Leagues. The majority of teams had access to Holloways Park for training and/or periodic matches , and our summer tournament on the 3G was a big hit as always!

Our main focus as a youth club is for players of all abilities to enjoy their football and fall in love with the game. We do this by creating a positive environment throughout the club, focusing on player development, building a strong respectful club culture, aligning coaches, parents, guardians and players around our shared values, and by having fun.

In 2025, we implemented new policies, for example a Complaints and Grievance Policy, and we're also expanding both our volunteer section and availability training courses. The Club’s Committee have put in a huge amount of work to ensure the smooth running of all teams but it wouldn't be possible without the generosity of our coaches.
