Despite being ahead at half-time and being good value for the lead, Flackwell fought back in the 2nd half to get a big point in their battle to avoid relegation.

Beaconsfield started the brightest but were dealt a blow in the 17th minute when Reuben Whittaker picked up an injury and was forced off; he was replaced by Mekhai Bessasa-Grant.

A few minutes later, with just 20 minutes on the clock, Beaconsfield took the lead. Blaaze Lawrence took the ball forward before splitting the defence with a pass to Courie Coley, with work still to do, he chipped his effort past Alfie Bonfield in the Flackwell goal.

Beaconsfield dominated after the goal and their efforts were rewarded with a second of the evening in the 41st minute. Blaaze Lawrence was fouled on the edge of the box, and stepped up to beautifully curl the resulting free kick around the wall and in at the near post.

Flackwell came out fighting in the second half, 2-0 down and looming for a result to help them move off the bottom of the table. It took only 9 minutes of the second half for them to get a foot back in the game, with 54 minutes played striker Lindell Stewart scoring with an effort from just inside the box.

As the half progressed and Beaconsfield were pushed deeper and deeper into their own half the equaliser came, with Sean McGuinnness levelling the contest, after player - manager Mark Nisbett had looked to head the ball over the line with 77 minutes played.
Beaconsfield threw everything at Flackwell in the closing stages but struggled to create anything meaningful.

With 4 minutes added at the end of the 90, Flackwell could have won it, but Beaconsfield goalkeeper Eze Ifekoya pulled off an unbelievable stoppage-time save to preserve his side's point for the second game in a row.

The ROTM was captain Mack Miskin.

Beaconsfield are in action on Saturday at Holloways Park, looking to get back to winning ways after 3 draws in a row, when they face Biggleswade FC at 3pm.
