Duty Manager Beaconsfield Town FC

Beaconsfield Town FC is looking for a reliable, proactive Duty Manager to oversee smooth venue operations during shifts. The role involves setting up pitches and equipment, coordinating day-to-day venue operations, and ensuring the facilities are safe, clean, and ready for use. You will also be responsible for venue security, general maintenance, and supporting customers by providing a friendly and professional point of contact. The successful candidate will be organised, approachable and confident in dealing with questions or complaints, while being able to take responsibility and react quickly to any issues that arise.

Duty Manager - Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for setting up the pitches depending on requirements
- Venue Management & Security
- Co-ordinate venue operations for each shift
- Ensure the correct equipment is on the pitch.
- General maintenance, including litter, bins and the pitch
- Greeting and advising customers
- Handling customer questions and enquiries

Working days, hours and rate of pay will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate during the interview process. Flexibility around matchdays, weekends and venue requirements would be advantageous.
