Beaconsfield Town are delighted to announce the signing of winger James Dobson.

James is well-known to manager Jon Underwood and had a hugely successful time at Slough Town where he helped them gain promotion from the Southern Premier to the National League South and then with his form at that level, he then earned a move to the National League where he played for both Sutton and Dagenham.

Having had some bad luck with injuries he dropped back down to Step 2, playing for Ebbsfleet and Hemel before having another spell with Slough last season.

Underwood said "Dobbo was brilliant for us at Slough. He has a great attitude towards his football, has a wonderful left foot and will create chances for others as well as chipping in with goals himself. I am delighted to be working with him again!"
