Beaconsfield win again By Arran White

Beaconsfield started fast but had to defend well when called upon, with notable blocks needed from Louis Udeh and Jacques Kpohomouh, as well as a smart save needed from Josh Welland in goal.
Beaconsfield found a breakthrough when a high press resulted in Manu Oke–William stealing the ball from London Lions goalkeeper Nathan Bloohn, he then slotted the ball calmly into the net to send his side 1-0 up. The press worked well for Beaconsfield, and they again stole the ball high up. This time, it was Josh Marcon who forced the away side's keeper into a smart save.
As the game looked to be entering the break with the hosts 1-0 up, a deflected shot found its way into the top corner to see the tie level at 1-1 at the interval.
Beaconsfield came out fast again at the start of the second half, and retook the lead when Zidan Akers run into the box resulted in him squaring the ball to Ade Gbolahan to slide onto and tap home to restore his side's lead.

A good move then saw Jamie Davies fire a shot just wide, before the hosts earned a penalty after Oke–William was dragged back in the box; however, his effort from the spot was saved by Bloohn to keep the away side in the contest, entering the final stages.
Beaconsfield had late chances to put the game to bed, a freekick from Josh Marcon was sent just wide of the post, before Oke–William saw a shot saved from close range following another great run from Akers.
The game finished 2-1 to Beaconsfield, who climb the table up to second, ahead of a tough away trip to Leighton Town on Saturday.
