Beaconsfield Town Football Club is looking for a first-team analyst to support the coaching staff for the upcoming 26/27 season. This is a volunteer role that would be perfect for a new graduate or current student looking to develop themselves at step 4.

The First Team Analyst will deliver match‑day, pre‑match and post‑match video and data analysis to support the First Team coaching staff and players. The role requires travel with the team and close collaboration with the management team.

Key Responsibilities
Match preparation: Produce detailed opposition dossiers, video playlists and tactical briefings for the manager and coaching staff.
Live match support: Provide real‑time analysis and tactical feedback during home and away fixtures.
Post‑match analysis: Create team and individual review packages with video clips, KPIs and actionable recommendations.
Training analysis: Film and code training sessions; deliver clips and feedback to support player development.
Recruitment support: Produce video reports and comparative analysis to assist scouting and recruitment decisions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Working to a degree in Performance Analysis, Coaching or equivalent (or demonstrable experience).
Proven proficiency with industry tools (Hudl Sportscode, Hudl Studio, Wyscout, MatchTracker, StatsBomb or similar).

Skills & Personal Attributes
Strong tactical understanding and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable coaching points.
Excellent communication skills for presenting to coaches and players.
Attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work under pressure on matchdays.
Technical competence in filming, coding and producing high‑quality video packages.

Terms, Reporting & How to Apply
