Beaconsfield Town FC

The Beaconsfield Town Under 17 Hawks squad consists of Year 12 boys from a variety of schools in the area. A handful of the squad have played together since the age of five, while others have joined over recent seasons.

The Hawks play a sixth consecutive season in the competitive Wycombe & South Bucks Minor Football League Division 1, containing the elite teams in the area at this age group. The squads highest finish was fourth in Division 1 as U15s in 2023-24.

The Hawks focus on playing attractive, ‘pass-and-move’ football. They are supported and encouraged to:

• Be the best footballers they can be, individually and collectively
• Play the beautiful game with a smile on their faces, having fun together
• Show respect for opponents, parents, coaches, officials, and each other
• Express themselves, without fear of making mistakes
• Take responsibility and think for themselves on the pitch

The squad is coached and developed by Martin White, a UEFA-B licensed coach. They train on a Thursday evening from 6.30 – 8pm at Davenies School in Beaconsfield.
