The Beaconsfield Town Under 14 Hawks age group consists of one squad of around 12 Year 9 boys from a handful of schools in the local area. Some of the squad have played together since the age of five, while others have joined over recent seasons.
The Hawks squad play in Division 1 of the competitive Wycombe & South Bucks Minor Football Leagues. In the squad's first full season of competitive football, the squad finished 3rd in Division 1 as U12s. Last season, as U13s, the Hawks finished 2nd in Division 1 with 34 points from 14 league matches.
The lead coach for the U14 Hawks age group is Andy Harman, an FA licensed coach.
