Beaconsfield Town FC would like to announce the resignation of Manager, Jon Underwood with immediate effect.

Despite the bitter disappointment of relegation on Saturday, the Club would like to go on record by expressing our thanks to Jon for all his hard work during the season, in particular his commitment to developing the club’s young talent.

Chairman Chris Coyle said, “Jon had already advised us of his intentions in recent weeks, so this was no surprise. He is an absolute gentleman, who we have enjoyed working with this season and we wish him every success with his future football career.
We now turn our attention to the next chapter in the club’s history, focused on creating an exciting, sustainable and successful future at Holloways Park”.

Jon Underwood said, "my decision to leave Beaconsfield was a considered one that was taken & shared with the club before the end of the season. My footballing ambitions & desire to be successful are stronger than ever and I will now focus my efforts on finding the right challenge for next season."
