Working with our qualified coaches in groups, teams and individually our Academy students will spend time training on 4 days of the week with the fifth day set aside for matches in the TACTIC League.

Students will finish our course as more rounded personalities with a good work ethic and an appreciation of the importance of teamwork.  To ensure that they can reach their highest playing standard, Students will progress to their highest level of playing ability and will have developed a first class understanding of the game.

Personal Development Plan

All Beaconsfield Town Academy students have a personal development plan that starts with their initial assessment and forms the basis for their progress through the course. Through regular assessment we review players individually and identify parts of their game that they excel at but also parts they could improve. Training and skills development is targeted at their strengths and weaknesses to maximise their overall development.

At Beaconsfield Town Academy we follow the latest England DNA when developing players, realising that it’s not all down to physical and technical skill. We believe that players should come out of our Academy as well-rounded personalities with a strong team ethic having developed their football ability to its highest level.

Encouraging Students to strive for success is key but so is recognition of achievement which is why those who reach the right level will be given first team opportunities, Beaconsfield Town play in Step 3 of Non-League. Where appropriate students will have the opportunity to attend trials at professional clubs.

Football is a competitive game, and the Academy will compete in the TACTIC and National League Under 19 Alliance, playing against other academies in the area. For further future development and playing opportunities, Beaconsfield Town and the Academy also have a Reserve side in the Combined Counties Division One from Season 2022/23.

Beaconsfield Town Academy TACTIC League home games will be played at Holloways Park, in the stadium/ on the FIFA Approved 3G pitch.  This is something that nt many other academies can offer.
