For the second time in three days Aaron Berry struck two goals to secure victory on the road for The Rams.
A much changed team from the Uxbridge victory, with a completely different and very young back four, set about their passing game from the first whistle and deservedly took the lead on 13 minutes when a lovely move involving Sonnie Low, Aaron Berry and Tristan Campbell saw the ball end up with Berry and he struck a perfect shot past Zaki Oualah.
The Ducks Jack Beach had a mazy run through the Beaconsfield defence two minutes later but in truth it was Beaconsfield who were on top for the majority of the first half, Sam Deadfield forcing a good save out of Oualah on 33 minutes.
United's equaliser came with a touch of good fortune - a 41st minute corner by Ollie Hogg was sliced into his own net by Tim Wohlfiel. Very unlucky and very much against the run of play.
Half time saw a double substitution with Togs and Stephen Braybrook being replaced by Jack McKnight and Ollie McCoy and both had good early efforts on goal. Sam Deadfield had an effort cleared off the line on 55 minutes and so did Aaron Berry twenty minutes later as Beaconsfield turned up the pressure, Oualah proving a strong obstacle to a Rams second goal.
The goal did finally come on 81 minutes as Berry was set up by Deadfield at the end of another good Beaconsfield move. Tris Campbell went very close to adding a third two minutes later but that was the last action of any note.
The victory, Beaconsfield's third over The Ducks this season, moved The Rams onto 66 points. Teams with a lot bigger budgets and support would be very proud of that!
