The Beaconsfield Town Youth Under 16 Red Kites squad consists of Year 11 boys from a variety of schools in the area. A handful of the squad have played together since the age of five, while others have joined over recent seasons.

The Red Kites play in Division 5 of the competitive Wycombe & South Bucks Minor Football Leagues. As Under 15s, the squad finished sixth in the Under 15s Division 5 in 2023-24.

The squad is coached and developed by Matthew Hallam, an FA licensed coach.
