The vastly experienced forward has already played 5 times for the Rams this season, scoring 2 goals, and his experience and physical presence has been a huge asset to the team.
On the training ground Jeff's focus will be on working with the other forwards at the club, giving them the benefit of his experience, and he will come straight back in to the squad for this weekend's FA Trophy fixture against Ashford United.
Manager Jon Underwood said, "Jeff is a fantastic character, a real winner and has already had a major influence on our dressing room when he's been with us.
I am extremely grateful to Slough manager Scott Davies who has made this process very easy and straightforward and being a good friend of Jeff's he has allowed this to happen to give him a chance to get the regular football that he still craves."
