The club are delighted to announce the signing of experienced midfielder, Josh Payne.

Josh, 32, has played at the very highest level in the Premier League for West Ham, he has also enjoyed spells at Cheltenham, Wycombe and Doncaster, Woking, Eastleigh, Oxford United, Aldershot and Crawley

He has worked with Technical Director, Tristan Lewis previously at Ebbsfleet in the National League and Tristan commented on his signing, "Josh is someone we have been trying to bring to Holloways Park since my arrival, he is the type of midfielder both Jon and I want to build our team around. He will offer superb experience and quality to the squad with goals and composure and that touch of class when needed. During my time at Ebbsfleet Josh was first class on and off the pitch and I'm looking forward to seeing him help us take the club to the next level. He will not only be a superb addition to the playing squad but we are delighted he will also be continuing his coaching journey, supporting our U18 PDP squad next season, giving our young players amazing experience to draw from."
