SYCOB's first home game for over a month saw newly promoted St Ives Town take away all three points with a 2-0 victory at Holloways Park.

Both sides started brightly enough but it was St Ives who looked the most dangerous and on thirteen minutes Jared Cuniff opened the scoring with a well worked goal. This seemed to shake Beaconsfield out of their slumber and they created a number of opportunities to equalise with both Jack Hutchinson and Michael Lewis going close.

The second period saw SYCOB again pressing to get back on level terms and spurning several chances as Lady Luck deserted them. As they continued to press forward so gaps started to appear at the back and, following a succession of Rams corners, St Ives broke down the other end and Angelino Vieira slotted home in the 92nd minute to ensure The Saints unbeaten away record remained intact.
