The Beaconsfield Town Youth Community Team was founded in 2023 and offers our youth players the chance to continue playing competitive football past the age of 18. The squad consists of over 50 registered players aged between 18 - 30, with some playing on a regular basis and others only when returning from University or other full-time commitments.

The Community team play in Division 2 of the High Wycombe Sunday Football Combination, a competitive adult league based locally in High Wycombe. In their first season, the Community team were placed in Division 1 due to a league re-shuffle but were relegated after a challenging debut campaign.

The squad is coached and developed by Eric Smith, a fully licensed FA coach.
