The Beaconsfield Town Youth FC Under 14 girls age group consists of 15 Year 9 girls from a handful of schools in the local area. A few of the squad have played together for the past three seasons, while others have joined more recently.

The lead coach for the U14 age group is Sarah Pengelly, an FA licensed coach.
