The Beaconsfield Town Under 16 Hawks squad consists of Year 11 boys from a variety of schools in the area. A handful of the squad have played together since the age of five, while others have joined over recent seasons.

The Hawks play a fifth consecutive season in the competitive Wycombe & South Bucks Minor Football League Division 1, containing the elite teams in the area at this age group. As Under 15s, the squad finished fourth in the Under 15s Division 1 in 2023-24.

The squad is coached and developed by Martin White, a UEFA-C licensed coach.
